Mpox in United Kingdom ex Uganda
On 20 January 2025, the UK Health Security Agency reported one new case of clade Ib mpox in a returned traveller who recently visited Uganda. This is the sixth confirmed clade Ib mpox case in England since October 2024 and has no known links to previous UK cases. Risk to the UK population remains low.
