Lassa fever in Nigeria

As of 30 March 2025, a total of 3,779 suspected cases of Lassa fever, (659 confirmed) including 122 deaths have been reported in Nigeria during 2025. 18 states have reported at least one case, the majority from Bauchi, Edo and Ondo.
