Dengue in Peru

As of 1 Feburary 2026, 4,344 cases (3 deaths) of dengue have been reported in Peru since the start of the year. Case numbers usually increase during the first few months of the year. A total of 37,041 cases (56 deaths) were reported during 2025. Serotypes DENV-1, DENV-2 and DENV-3 were reported. Please see our Topics in Brief article for further details on dengue.
